Have you received Meter
Details from IMServ?
If you have not received Meter Details from IMServ, it means that we have not received them from the previous Meter Operator.
In order to process the Meter Adoption checks we require up to date Meter Details. We allow 21 calendar days after appointment before failing Adoption for having not received Meter Details.
Please contact our Metering Team if you have not received Meter Details. We can re-process the Adoption checks if we can later obtain them.
