IMServ will sent a CAT C Code to DNO via a D0135 flow. Once the asbestos has been removed DNO need to notify IMServ so we can rebook the job.
-
The skill set of our technician may have changed since the booking of the job, if this is the case, IMServ will re-arrange the appointment with an engineer that has the required expertise.
-
Alternatively, IMServ may have been sent Meter Details that confirmed WC incorrectly and the Supplier will need to re send the Meter Details with the correct information and CT ratio to enable IMServ to rebook the appointment. In the event the Supplier does not have the CT ratio information they will need to issue a D0170 flow to DNO requesting this.
-
Job is re-raised by IMServ and scheduled using a technician with appropriate skill set. If the fuses exceed the skills of our technicians, the job will be withdrawn and a D221 sent back to supplier. The customer can arrange an electrician to do a load test and see if the fuses can be downgraded, if they can then these will need to be downgraded by the DNO.

Examples would include heavy winds, snow, country lanes being too narrow to fit a van down, road blocks etc. IMServ will contact the site to re-arrange the appointment.
