Abort Reasons –
Distributor (DNO)
Once the site is ready for a revisit, the Supplier will need to issue a fresh D0142 to IMServ and state in the comments how the situation has been resolved and why the site is now ready for a new job.
For any jobs that need to be referred to the DNO, you can locate the Distribution ID on an energy bill and searching this area code online. Alternatively please click here for a list of some of the more key contact numbers and their area codes.
