Once the site is ready for a revisit, the Supplier will need to issue a fresh D0142 to IMServ and state in the comments how the situation has been resolved and why the site is now ready for a new job.

  • Customer to locate the correct meter on site using the meter serial number. Once located, Supplier needs to send a new D0142 flow specifying the correct details and guidance for the IMServ technician.

  •  IMServ will have detailed on the Implementation report what work is required on site. The Customer will complete this work and notify the Supplier requesting they issue a new D0142 flow once a new installation job is required

 

  • Customer to contact our Work Management Team to reschedule their appointment.

  • IMServ will attempt to rebook an appointment on three separate occasions with the customer, if we remain unsuccessful after the third cancellation IMServ will refer back to the Supplier. The Supplier will need to reissue a D0142 flow once the site is ready.

  • IMServ will attempt to rebook an appointment on three separate occasions with the customer, if we remain unsuccessful after the third refusal IMServ will refer back to the Supplier. The Supplier will need to reissue a D0142 flow once the site is ready.

  • IMServ will attempt to rebook an appointment on three separate occasions with the customer, if we remain unsuccessful after the third refusal IMServ will refer back to the Supplier. The Supplier will need to reissue a D0142 flow once the site is ready for a power down.

  • Dependant upon customer contract. If no agreement the job is withdrawn and D0221 sent back to the supplier. If agreed a job is re-raised and sent to our Work Management Team to organise a new out of hours appointment.

  • Customer’s Electrician needs to make space so IMServ can fit the meter (IMServ can provide the meter dimensions to the customer if required).

  • Once the work has been completed, the Customer will need to notify the Supplier requesting they issue a new D0142 flow once a new installation job is required.
